Biography Dr. Jagbir Singh Kadyan is a post graduate in Commerce, Management & Economics from the University of Pune, Bharti Vidyapeeth Pune & Tilak Maharashtra University Pune respectively. He has also been awarded Ph.D from the Department of Commerce, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana. His areas of research interest include Accounting, Finance and Taxation; Corporate Governance, Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility; OB & HRM and Stress Management. He has conducted faculty development programs, presented papers in the national & international seminars & conferences, edited journal, reviewed research papers for various national & international journals. He has delivered 02 key note addresses, published over 15 Research papers, authored 6 Books, 3 chapter contributions and is also the editorial board member of 4 journals. Dr. Kadyan started his academic career as a faculty member with MU College of commerce, affiliated to university of Pune. Subsequently, he worked with TASMAC Ltd. (Training & advance studies in Management & Communication), Pune as Manager- Academics and later progressed to the Level of Director. During his tenure with TASMAC, he handled foreign universities programs in India, like CSM-IGS; Canadian School of Management, Ontario, Canada; Oxford Brooks University, UK; University of Wales, UK & others. He had also been visiting faculty with the Pune chapters of ICAI – The institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICSI- The institute of Companies secretaries of India; Dr Vikhe Patil Foundation, Pune, Dr D Y Patil Institute Pune. After moving to New Delhi, Dr Kadyan worked as faculty member with Western International University, New Delhi; ICFAI University, Gurgoan & Noida, as Faculty; Aptech Ltd’s Arena Multi Media, South Ex. New Delhi, as Executive Director; Tecnia Institute of Advance studies, affiliated with GGS Indraprastha University, New Delhi, as faculty; Kathuria Information Technology ltd, Noida, as Project Director and Ramesh Chand Institute of Management, Mirpur Tronica City, Ghaziabad, AICTE approved institute, as Director. Dr. Kadyan has been a qualified “Certified Auditor” for the co-operative department, Govt of Maharashtra. He has an extensive experience in the field of accountancy & Auditing and has conducted audit of various business organisations in India & abroad. He is a member of Institute of Directors, New Delhi & has successfully completed its “Master class of Directors” program for the “Independent Directors” for the India corporate world. He is also a member of AIMA – All India Management Association, New Delhi, ICA – Indian Commerce Association, New Delhi, IAA – Indian Accounting Association, India, NIPM – National Institute of Personnel Management, New Delhi, India, and ISTD – Indian Society for Training & Development, New Delhi. He has also been associated with training programs on “Stress Management” for organisation like, NTPC Ltd., Damodhar Valley Corporation Ltd. Steel Authority of India Ltd. Airport Authority of India Ltd. & others. He has been Principal Investigator for two research projects awarded by University of Delhi, under its Innovation Project scheme 2013-15 and 2015-16. Presently, Dr Kadyan is Hon. President, (IISMAAS) International Institute of Stress Management & Allied Sciences, New Delhi, Editor of International Journal of Stress Management & Allied sciences, (IJSMAAS, an ISSN numbered, and half yearly journal) and is a Faculty Member in Dept. of Commerce, Swami Shraddhanand College, University of Delhi, Alipur, New Delhi.
