About Conference

Management and Economics have become widespread in discussing topics in the present context. In every country, most of the decisions are taken based on these subjects. To govern a country, policymakers should have a thorough understanding of these subjects. Because of that reason, the value of this conference has increased day by day. As a result of that, we thought to hold this conference for the third consecutive year. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of a country is mainly based on businesses. Every country does not have sufficient Agriculture, so there needs to be businesses to support the national income of the country. Businesses cannot exist for a longer period, if there is no proper management system. So the subject of management also plays a crucial role in managing businesses. In businesses, management will aid in coordinating the efforts of people to accomplish goals and objectives by using available resources efficiently and effectively. Management includes planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and controlling an organization to accomplish the goal or target. Management is also an academic discipline, a social science whose objective is to study social organization.

Economics is a social science that studies how individuals, governments, firms, and nations make choices on allocating scarce resources to satisfy their unlimited wants. Economics can generally be broken down into 02 parts. Namely, it is macroeconomics and microeconomics. Macroeconomics concentrates on the behavior of the aggregate economy on the other hand microeconomics focuses on the most important thing is to share knowledge with others. The development of the country depends on the economic system that exists in the country. So economists should implement genuine economic policies to maintain the sustainability of a country. So this conference would be a golden opportunity for the people to express their ideas and share their knowledge with others because well-educated and reputed people are participating in this conference.

We had completed the previous International conferences on Business Management and Economics (ICBM) in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
