Global Academic Research Institute (GARI), organized the International conference on Engineering, Science and Technology (ICEST) in November 2026 under the theme " Sustainable Technology, Social Challenge, and Application". Following the success of this event, post-conference evaluation conducted by the GARI decided to repeat this conference periodically. The main goal of ICEST is to provide an opportunity for academicians and professionals from various Engineering and Technology-related fields from all over the world to come together and learn from each other. An additional goal of the conference is to provide a place for academicians and professionals with cross-disciplinary interests related to Engineering and Technology to meet and interact with members inside and outside their particular disciplines.
Engineering is the application of mathematics, empirical evidence, and scientific, economic, social, and practical knowledge to invent, innovate, design, build, maintain, research, and improve structures, machines, tools, systems, components, materials, processes, and organizations. The discipline of engineering is extremely broad and encompasses a range of more specialized fields of engineering, each with a more specific emphasis on particular areas of applied science, technology, and types of application.
Technology is the collection of techniques, skills, methods, and processes used in the production of goods or services or the accomplishment of objectives, such as scientific investigation. Technology can be the knowledge of techniques, processes, etc. or it can be embedded in machines, computers, devices, and factories, which can be operated by individuals without detailed knowledge of the workings of such things.
