For over 10 years, she has been helping the companies with developing business, matching product to international sources, product & design development, negotiating prices & deliveries and problem solving towards sourcing, while keeping design intent honest. She brings on board extensive knowledge in Strategic business management, marketing and product development, including the cultural subtleties of leading global sourcing and manufacturing hubs. She is actively involved in devising eco-solutions, extensively doing research into forecasting and macro & micro trends for the industry. She has traveled across the globe to attend industry events, trade shows as well as to co- chair and speak at prestigious conferences/ summits on circular economy and women empowerment in fashion industry.
