Methods of Payment
Payments for registration may be made either by
* Bank transfer
* Credit card via online (Visa or Master card - bank service charge 4.5% will be applicable).
* Western Union
If paid by bank transfer all additional charges and fees related to this will be borne by Client.
You can return payment receipts to us either through email or fax.
If paying by credit or debit card through the secure online payment gateway: - Your payments are processed entirely on the Secure Payment Sites operated by Sampath Bank PLC for Master and Visa card payments. Your card details are not received or stored by Global Academic Research Institute in any form, and when you place an order as part of the checkout process you are automatically taken to the Sampath Bank PLC Secure Payment facility for Master and Visa card payments. Your credit card information will be securely transmitted to Sampath Bank PLC for transaction authorization using SSL 128-bit encryption. All payments are denominated in United State dollars (US$), Australian dollars (AUD), British Pound(GBP), Euros, SSL, security internet protocol known as Secure Socket Layer, uses connection-oriented end-to-end encryption to provide data confidentiality service and data integrity service for application layer traffic between your web browser and the secured Sampath Bank PLC payment gateway servers. It provides data encryption, server and client authentication and message integrity between the client and the web server. If you fail to meet the payment deadlines stated to you, you can request new deadline via email.
For your information:
1. On arrival the name of the card holder is cross checked against the passport, and also with Booking Details (conference registration) and Credit Card.
2. If the cardholder is unable to produce the card, transaction need to be reverse back to the card account.
3. Third party travelling should not be entertained, Cardholder must be in travelling party.
4. Airline tickets and destinations outside Sri Lanka should not be entertained.
Price Policy / Cancellation & Refund
All prices are provided in United States dollars, Euros, INR and LKR with Our Conference site.
However If you use online payment USD, GBP, AUD, Euro are provided.
Amendments and Cancellations.
Cancellation of Your Participation to the Conference You must be notified to us in writing, and will take effect the day we receive it. However No refund is available for Conference and Organization committee can transfer you to future conference as at availability.
Commercial air flight and airfare cancellation charges will be incurred by you in accordance with Airline Tariff Regulations and will vary according to the type of airfare utilized.
Health, Passport Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and other members of your party obtain the right inoculations and medical advice before you travel to participate the conference. Similarly, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have correct and valid passports, visas and have conformed to all other requirements pertaining to your travel arrangements before arrive to conference. Should you require assistance on this matter we will be pleased to make recommendations. We will not be held responsible for you travelling without the correct travel documents.
International and Domestic Air Booking
Reconfirmation of flight bookings is your responsibility. As Travel Arrangements may be booked to connect with international and domestic air flights it is Your or the travelers responsibility to keep us updated as to flight times and numbers.
Travel Insurance
You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance, at the time of booking. If required Global Academic Research Institute can also provide your personal travel insurance related consult with combined reputed insurance company for the time spent in the island, please contact us for further details.
Breakages and Damages
You will be responsible for any breakages, losses or damage caused by you or a member of your party during your stay in the accommodation after or before the conference. It is your responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to the supplier before departure and to indemnify us against any losses, damages or claims made against us.
Global Academic Research institute has no any responsible about your valuables (such as pen drives, laptops, Mobile phones, pens etc.) during conference time or your stay. You have to responsible to keep them with you safely.
Behavior
You are responsible for compliance with all relevant regulations governing carriage by air or any other mode of transport and your stay during your stay in conference venue and accommodation. If in the opinion of our suppliers/service providers ,representative your behavior is disruptive or causing distress, injury or danger to other clients, our staff or any other third party, your agreement with us may be terminated and we shall not be responsible for any costs or claims that are incurred.
Information Provided By You
All information provided by you should be true and accurate. We will treat it confidentially and not forward it to any third party. We have a strict anti-fraud policy and take responsible steps to protect personal information such as credit card details.
Shopping
Global academic Research Institute, under no circumstances, recommends or guarantees the value or the quality of any additional product not clearly itemized on the Travel itinerary which may be purchased during an itinerary arranged in part or whole by US, even in the case where the product may have been discussed between a client and an employee or representative of Global Academic Research Institute. Determining the value of a product is entirely the client’s responsibility.
Electronic Communications
You communicate with us electronically whenever you visit our website or send emails to us. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and by fax. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications that we provide to you electronically or by fax satisfy any legal requirements that communications be in writing.
